Accountant – SAP Business One (English)

About the role

Qspeed Robotics, a manufacturer of industrial machines and provider of workshop and laser‑cutting services, is implementing SAP Business One for all finance operations. The company seeks an experienced accountant fluent in English to manage accounting transactions, tax declarations and multi‑currency reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Process and post GL, AP, AR and Fixed Assets entries in SAP Business One.
• Run parallel accounting with the current provider and reconcile records monthly.
• Prepare domestic and international payments via electronic banking.
• Post inventory, purchase and material‑usage transactions.
• Record transactions by business line and cost centre, invoice workshop services.
• Execute month‑end and year‑end closing entries and reconciliations.
• Submit monthly VAT, withholding tax, pension and profit‑tax declarations through the rs.ge portal.
• Issue electronic tax invoices and waybills, ensuring synchronization with the Revenue Service.
• Generate monthly financial reports for the Financial Manager.
• Support external audits and provide required SAP documentation.
• Manage multi‑currency transactions and record exchange‑rate gains/losses.

Required profile

• University degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• 3–5 years of hands‑on accounting experience, preferably in manufacturing or project‑based companies.
• Fluent Georgian and strong English communication skills.
• Proven experience with the rs.ge tax portal for declarations and electronic invoices.

Required skills

• SAP Business One (or similar ERP) proficiency.
• Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, reconciliations).
• Experience with rs.ge portal for tax filings.
• Multi‑currency accounting handling.
