Senior Business Analyst – AI & Health Insurance (Remote)

About the role

CoverGo is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to lead AI‑driven projects in the health insurance space. The role is fully remote and involves working closely with clients and technical teams to translate business problems into actionable solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients and technical resources to identify business problems and design analytical solutions.
• Plan and design business processes and system modifications ranging from simple to semi‑complex.
• Gather, analyze, and document detailed business requirements through workshops and interviews.
• Create complex test case scenarios, oversee testing, and ensure requirements are reflected in system design.
• Develop user stories and business requirement documents to support system changes.
• Support QA, UAT, and release phases, including defect analysis and change maintenance.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• At least 1 year of experience on AI projects within the insurance domain.
• Previous experience in health insurance is required; insurtech experience is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of business analysis concepts, Agile/Scrum methodology, and requirements translation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
