Middle IT Procurement Specialist (6‑month contract)

About the role

GR8_TECH is seeking a Middle IT Procurement Specialist on a 6‑month contract to own the end‑to‑end procurement pipeline for indirect spend categories. You will translate stakeholder needs into clear requirements, negotiate with vendors, and ensure contracts are executed efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Drive cost‑saving initiatives through vendor negotiations, volume consolidation and license optimisation.
• Maintain and report spend metrics, realised savings, vendor performance and renewal pipelines.
• Translate internal requests into procurement specifications, conduct market research and lead RFQ/RFP processes.
• Own the full purchase lifecycle: sourcing, negotiations, contract routing, execution and renewal management.
• Collaborate with Legal, Finance and InfoSec to resolve contract bottlenecks and ensure policy compliance.

Required profile

• 4+ years of hands‑on procurement experience managing indirect categories end‑to‑end.
• Proven track record of independently negotiating favourable commercial terms, pricing and SLA structures.
• High agency with the ability to prioritise dozens of active requests and tight‑deadline renewals.
• Upper‑Intermediate English and fluent Ukrainian or Russian.

Required skills

• Strong working knowledge of 1C ERP systems.
• Proficiency with Jira.
• Advanced Google Sheets (formulas, data modelling).
• Experience running structured RFQ/RFP processes and total‑cost‑of‑ownership evaluations.
