Senior B2B Sales Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Senior B2B Sales Manager to drive corporate client acquisition and nurture existing partnerships across our international property portfolio. You will work closely with our development teams to promote branded residences, mixed‑use projects and business apartments.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, source and establish relationships with new corporate clients and agents.
• Manage existing partners, analyse their needs and develop long‑term collaborations.
• Organise client meetings, present products and services, and prepare commercial proposals.
• Lead negotiations, coordinate contract signing and oversee the full sales cycle from contact to closure.
• Achieve sales targets, uncover new business opportunities and monitor market trends.
• Analyse the competitive landscape and craft customer‑focused solutions.
• Track sales performance, produce regular reports and present results to management.

Required profile

• Proven experience in B2B sales.
• Experience in international sales environments.
• Conversational English; additional language skills are a plus.
• Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Practical experience using CRM systems.
