Country Business Manager – Georgia

About the role

As the Country Business Manager you will own the country P&L, delivering volume targets, driving key KPIs and accelerating market growth. You will build winning partnerships with distribution partners, lead business planning and execute bold commercial strategies that grow distribution, increase market share and strengthen the Monster brand.

Key responsibilities

• Own the country P&L, delivering volume targets and driving key KPIs.
• Build and maintain partnerships with distribution partners, leading business planning and commercial strategy execution.
• Review monthly financials and sales reports, identify profitability improvements, and adjust pricing based on market analysis.
• Develop and manage incentive programs for sales personnel and key customers.
• Prepare presentations and quarterly updates for distribution partners on new products and initiatives.
• Generate sales forecasts, coordinate with supply chain, and monitor competition and market share.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or related field.
• 7+ years of sales experience, including key‑account and field sales management in FMCG, preferably beverages.
• 5+ years experience in sales planning, trade marketing or new product development.
• Proven ability to manage a P&L and influence distribution systems.
• Strong analytical, time‑management and customer‑service capabilities.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
