Senior Academic Expert in Psychoanalysis & Research Methodology

About the role

Negentrix Holding seeks a Senior Academic Expert to shape and oversee an international EQF Level 7 Master’s programme focused on psychoanalysis and research methodology. The role blends curriculum development, scholarly supervision, and quality assurance to ensure a rigorous academic experience for students whose first language is not German.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and academically review the Master’s programme, ensuring alignment with EQF Level 7 standards.
• Maintain conceptual and theoretical coherence of psychoanalytic content, covering Freud, Lacan, and Jung.
• Oversee the 60 ECTS dissertation/research block and define methodological requirements for Master’s‑level research.
• Review learning materials, syllabi, assignments, and assessment criteria for academic rigour.
• Participate in synchronous sessions, scholarly roundtables, and provide guidance on research design and dissertation projects.
• Monitor academic integrity, including authorship verification and detection of plagiarism or inappropriate AI use.

Required profile

• PhD/Doctorate in Psychoanalysis, Philosophy, Clinical Psychology, or a relevant Master’s (EQF Level 7).
• 7–10 years of professional experience as a clinical psychoanalyst and/or extensive teaching experience in higher education.
• Deep knowledge of psychoanalytic theory and its history.
• Experience with qualitative, case‑based, practice‑based, or arts‑based research methodologies.
• Proven experience in academic supervision, curriculum development, and assessment.
• English proficiency at C1‑C2 level; Russian proficiency at C1‑C2 level.
