About the role
The Medical Faculty of Tbilisi State University is offering two internship positions within its Educational Process Management Service. Interns will support the daily administration of teaching activities and gain insight into higher‑education operations in a medical environment.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in coordinating class schedules, exam timetables, and room allocations.
- Support the preparation and distribution of academic documentation.
- Help maintain records of student attendance and performance data.
- Provide general administrative assistance to faculty staff as needed.
Required profile
- Current university student, preferably studying education, administration, or a related field.
- Strong interest in the management of educational processes within a medical faculty.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
