About the role
Archi, a leading development company in Georgia with over 55 completed projects, is looking for a Sales Manager to join its Batumi office. The role focuses on driving customer satisfaction and generating new business for ongoing construction projects.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Make outbound phone calls to prospect and close sales.
- Collect, process and analyse information about potential clients, and schedule meetings.
- Organise presentations for customers.
- Analyse personal sales portfolio and prepare related reports.
- Continuously update the customer database and record information in the appropriate system.
- Prepare sales‑related documentation.
- Participate in various sales‑related activities and events.
Required profile
- Higher education degree.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in real‑estate sales.
- High proficiency in English.
- User‑level knowledge of Microsoft Office.
