Sales Agent / Account Manager – US Auto Auctions

About the role

AutoBidMaster has been helping customers win and ship vehicles from US auto auctions worldwide for over 17 years, with a US head office and more than 100 international experts across more than 10 countries. As it expands its presence in Georgia, it is looking for an experienced automotive Sales Agent to join its team in Rustavi. The position is full-time and office-based.

Key responsibilities

• Connect with daily leads by call, WhatsApp and email and guide them on how to buy cars from US auto auctions through the platform.
• Handle the whole purchase cycle: advise on the winning bid, guide the import process and follow up until final delivery at the buyer's destination.
• Grow assigned accounts and consistently meet monthly sales targets.
• Provide high-quality support, collect feedback and build relationships so customers return.
• Answer customer and internal global team inquiries promptly and professionally.

Required profile

• Prior experience in car sales and/or a strong understanding of the US auto auction industry.
• Strong verbal and written communication in Russian and English.
• Negotiation and persuasion skills, with a track record of overcoming objections and closing deals.
• Ability to prioritise tasks, manage several accounts at once and keep accurate records.
