About the role
PUDO Georgia is looking for a proactive Sales Manager to help expand its network of independent courier partners across Georgia. You will be responsible for identifying and onboarding new retail partners, presenting our service offering, and ensuring a smooth integration process.
Key responsibilities
- Research and visit potential partner stores, primarily in Batumi.
- Deliver sales pitches to store owners, answer their questions, and address concerns.
- Support the onboarding of new partners, guiding them through the integration steps.
- Maintain a tracker of visits and outcomes, providing weekly reports to management.
Required profile
- Fluent in Georgian with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Independent, initiative‑driven, and comfortable working with minimal supervision.
- Sales experience is desirable but not mandatory.
