About the role

We are looking for a dynamic leader to head our Batumi branch, overseeing the sales team and ensuring the achievement of commercial targets while managing day‑to‑day operational processes.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and manage the sales team’s activities in the Batumi region.
• Ensure execution of sales plans and continuously improve commercial results.
• Motivate, develop and evaluate the performance of sales staff.
• Oversee showroom, warehouse and other facilities, including material‑technical assets.
• Control staff discipline, work schedules and performance.
• Maintain close coordination with the head office and implement new projects, processes and initiatives.
• Handle customer requests and case resolutions efficiently.
• Manage warehouse processes and inventory movement to avoid operational delays.
• Coordinate the technical team and monitor the quality of completed work.
• Guarantee the efficiency of all operational processes and provide daily reports to the head office.

Required profile

• Higher education in Business Administration, Management, Marketing or a related field.
• 3–5 years of managerial experience in a commercial or sales environment.
• Proven experience leading a sales team.
• Good knowledge of MS Office.
• Proficient English; additional foreign language is a plus.
• Experience in operational process management is an advantage.
