About the role
Loialté, an audit and consulting firm based in Batumi, is looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to drive its sales activities. The role focuses on acquiring new clients and expanding relationships within the financial services sector.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential customers in insurance, banking and credit markets.
- Maintain and grow an existing portfolio of professional contacts.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales in line with company targets.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
Required profile
- At least one year of proven experience in sales.
- Preferably experience in insurance, banking or credit sales and an established professional network.
- Communicative level of English.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities.

What we offer
- Competitive remuneration based on experience, including a fixed salary plus performance bonus.
- Standard working hours: Monday‑Friday, 09:00‑18:00.
