Business Development Manager

About the role

Exely, a global IT company serving the hotel industry, is looking for a Business Development Manager to drive B2B sales. You will manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting hoteliers to closing deals, while collaborating with marketing on sales strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Travel extensively to meet hotel managers and present Exely solutions (≈80% face‑to‑face).
• Generate leads via cold calls, meetings, events and marketing support.
• Convert incoming leads into customers and achieve a target of at least 5 new clients per month after training.
• Conduct market research and report findings to management.
• Maintain accurate records in the Bitrix CRM system.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year proven B2B sales experience.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Customer‑oriented mindset with strong problem‑solving ability.
• Based in Tbilisi and willing to work from the office.
• Native Georgian speaker and advanced English proficiency.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems (Bitrix) and standard computer software.
