Commercial Operations Analyst

About the role

We are seeking a Commercial Operations Analyst to join our team in Tbilisi (visa sponsorship available). The role supports the commercial team in building scalable processes, managing client pipelines, and ensuring smooth operations as we expand globally.

Key responsibilities

• Support commercial reporting and prepare insights for the leadership team to guide decision‑making.
• Assist in the client onboarding process, coordinating across internal teams to ensure a smooth experience.
• Track and maintain the commercial pipeline, ensuring accurate records of client opportunities.
• Manage and optimize CRM workflows to improve visibility and efficiency.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives, identifying ways to streamline commercial operations.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support business development activities.

Required profile

• Prior experience in commercial, operations, or analytical roles, preferably in startups or fast‑paced environments.
• Strong analytical, organizational and detail‑oriented skills.
• Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets and familiarity with CRM tools and automation platforms such as Make or n8n.
• Excellent English communication skills; additional languages are a plus.
• Knowledge of digital assets and cryptocurrency is a plus.
