About the role

Join a dynamic Med‑Surg RN team delivering evidence‑based, patient‑centered care across multiple campuses. This full‑time night‑shift position focuses on comprehensive nursing from assessment through evaluation while fostering strong patient and family relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care, from assessment to evaluation, ensuring personalized, evidence‑based outcomes.
• Establish strong relationships with patients and families, respecting their values and care goals.
• Engage in performance‑improvement projects, research initiatives, and shared‑governance forums.
• Mentor and guide fellow nurses and interdisciplinary team members through education and competency assessments.
• Lead implementation of evidence‑based practices and participate in patient‑safety initiatives.
• Develop care plans, optimize resource utilization, and shape protocols to enhance patient experiences and reduce readmissions.

Required profile

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (BSN preferred).
• Active RN license, BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Minimum two years recent Med‑Surg experience.
• National specialty certification (preferred).
• Proficiency in computer data entry; familiarity with Epic and 3M systems preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to remain calm under pressure.
