Registered Nurse providing high-quality patient care within a collaborative care team. The position is PRN nights, focusing on patient assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Key responsibilities

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
Monitor patient conditions and assist with care plans.
Ensure accurate documentation and maintain confidentiality.

Participate in performance improvement initiatives.
Support professional growth, mentorship, and shared governance.
Contribute to a positive work environment and adhere to policies and standards.

Required profile

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (preferred).
Active RN license and BLS certification (required).
Multi‑state RN license (preferred).
Strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork abilities.
