About the role

Registered Nurse providing high-quality patient care within a collaborative team environment, primarily on night shifts on an as‑needed (PRN) basis.

Key responsibilities

Assess patient conditions and develop individualized care plans.
Deliver safe and effective treatments and document patient progress.
Act as a patient advocate by listening to concerns, educating patients and families, and promoting patient‑centered care.
Participate in performance improvement initiatives and support organizational goals.
Maintain professional competence through ongoing training, certifications, and involvement in professional organizations.
Mentor other staff, uphold confidentiality and safety standards, and contribute to shared governance activities.

Required profile

Associate Degree in Nursing or a Diploma (Bachelor’s preferred).
Valid RN license (multi‑state or single‑state) and current BLS certification.
