About the role

We are seeking a high‑caliber Retention Team Leader to lead, inspire, and manage our retention team in the dynamic world of Forex and CFD trading. This role drives team performance, implements retention strategies, and ensures exceptional client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and motivate a team of retention agents to achieve performance targets.
• Develop and implement retention strategies to maximize client satisfaction and loyalty.
• Monitor team KPIs and provide performance feedback and training.
• Analyse client behaviour, track churn, and identify opportunities to improve retention.
• Collaborate with management to optimise processes, reporting, and data‑driven decision‑making.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and best practices.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in Forex, CFD, or financial services retention or sales teams.
• Strong track record in managing high‑performing teams and achieving ambitious KPIs.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
• Results‑driven, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to mentor and develop team members for long‑term success.
