Remote Project Manager – Georgian Market

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead content writing and translation projects for our Georgian client base. Working remotely, you will coordinate orders, manage freelancer teams, and ensure timely delivery under the guidance of the Team Lead.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and clarify client orders through our internal platform.
• Plan project execution, create tasks, and schedule activities.
• Assemble and manage a pool of freelancers, assigning work packages.
• Monitor project progress, address issues, and guarantee deadlines are met.
• Prepare proposals, timelines, budgets, and maintain comprehensive documentation.
• Report daily to the Team Lead and conduct monthly client meetings.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of project‑management experience in a digital environment.
• Fluent English with strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work under time‑critical conditions.

Required skills

• Microsoft Word
• Microsoft Excel
• Google Workspace (preferred)
• Familiarity with project‑management tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana or Monday.com
