About the role

Join a dynamic nursing team that supports multiple campuses as a Medical‑Surgical Registered Nurse. You will provide personalized, evidence‑based care, build strong relationships with patients and families, and contribute to high‑quality clinical outcomes in a collaborative, team‑oriented environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full nursing process—from assessment through planning, implementation, and evaluation—to ensure individualized patient care.
• Foster meaningful connections with patients and families while respecting their values and care goals.
• Participate in quality‑improvement projects, research initiatives, and shared‑governance activities.
• Mentor and guide fellow nurses and interdisciplinary team members.
• Apply evidence‑based practices and support continuous improvement efforts.
• Plan proactively across the patient‑care journey, shaping protocols that improve outcomes and reduce readmissions.

Required profile

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
• Active RN license (single or multi‑state) with current BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Minimum two years recent Med‑Surg experience.
• Proficiency in computer data entry; familiarity with Epic and 3M systems preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities; calm under pressure.
• Excellent critical‑thinking and time‑management skills focused on evidence‑based practice.
