Registered Nurse – Medical Surgical (Full‑Time Days)

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Medical‑Surgical team on a full‑time, days‑only schedule. The RN will provide personalized, evidence‑based care across multiple campuses, collaborating with patients, families, and interdisciplinary staff to achieve optimal outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver personalized, evidence‑based nursing care throughout the nursing process.
• Build meaningful connections with patients and families while respecting their values and goals.
• Apply current best practices to drive top clinical outcomes.
• Foster a safe, respectful team environment and contribute to staff engagement.

• Mentor fellow nurses and interdisciplinary team members.

• Proactively plan patient care, shape protocols, and efficiently manage resources.

Required profile

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (required); BSN preferred.
• Active RN license (single‑state or multi‑state) with BLS and ACLS certifications.
• National specialty certification (preferred).
• Minimum of 2 years recent Med‑Surg experience.
• Experience with computer data entry; familiarity with Epic and 3M systems is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and technical abilities; calm under pressure.
• Excellent critical‑thinking, time‑management, and decision‑making skills.
