Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical - Full-Time - Day Shift

About the role

Join a dynamic healthcare team as a Medical‑Surgical Registered Nurse supporting multiple campuses. You will deliver personalized, evidence‑based patient care while working day shifts.

Key responsibilities

• Own the nursing process from assessment through evaluation.
• Build meaningful connections with patients and families.
• Collaborate within a safe, respectful environment and contribute to performance‑improvement initiatives.
• Participate in research, shared governance, and evidence‑based practice implementation.
• Mentor fellow nurses and maintain professional competencies.
• Plan proactively across the patient‑care journey and help develop protocols to enhance experiences.

Required profile

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (required); BSN preferred.
• Valid RN license (single or multi‑state).
• BLS and ACLS certifications (required).
• 2+ years recent Med‑Surg experience (required).
• Experience with computer data entry; familiarity with Epic and 3M preferred.
