Registered Nurse – Med Surg (Full-Time Nights)

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our medical‑surgical unit on the night shift. The RN will provide high‑quality, patient‑centered care as part of a multidisciplinary team, ensuring safe and effective treatment throughout the overnight hours.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and evaluate patient conditions, updating care plans as needed.
• Deliver patient‑centered care, advocate for patients, and respond promptly to concerns.
• Document assessments, care activities, and incident reports accurately.
• Participate in performance‑improvement initiatives and suggest process enhancements.
• Support professional development, maintain licensure, and stay current with best practices.
• Mentor peers and foster a positive work environment aligned with shared‑governance principles.

Required profile

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (preferred).
• Valid RN license (single‑state or compact multi‑state).
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Strong communication, critical‑thinking, and teamwork abilities.
• Commitment to compassionate, patient‑focused care and adherence to policies.
