Registered Nurse – Med Surg (Full-Time Night Shift)

About the role

This full‑time night‑shift position is part of a dynamic, multi‑campus Med‑Surg team supporting a leading healthcare system. The RN will own the nursing process from assessment through evaluation, build strong patient and family relationships, and drive evidence‑based outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver personalized, evidence‑based nursing care and ensure positive patient outcomes.
• Foster a respectful, collaborative environment promoting teamwork and staff engagement.
• Participate in performance improvement, research, and shared governance initiatives.
• Guide, coach, and mentor fellow nurses and interdisciplinary team members.
• Plan and optimize patient care throughout the full care journey, shaping protocols to enhance experiences and reduce readmissions.

Required profile

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (BSN preferred).
• Active RN license (single‑state or multi‑state) with BLS and ACLS certifications.
• At least 2 years recent Med‑Surg experience.
• Proficiency with computer data entry and familiarity with Epic and 3M systems (preferred).
