Registered Nurse - Charge (Full-Time, Days)

About the role

This position provides high‑quality nursing care within a patient‑care team, acting as the primary liaison between patients, families, providers, and staff. The RN ensures patient‑centered care, satisfaction, and safety while supporting overall team performance.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor, evaluate, and document patient conditions and care plans.
• Deliver safe, effective care aligned with policies and procedures.
• Advocate for patients, address concerns, and educate families on health issues.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize patient flow and outcomes.
• Participate in performance‑improvement initiatives and support organizational goals.
• Maintain professional licenses, certifications, and pursue ongoing development.
• Mentor and support fellow nurses, fostering a positive work environment.
• Adhere to confidentiality, safety, and professional standards.

Required profile

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (Bachelor’s preferred).
• Current RN license and BLS certification.
• Minimum two years of leadership and Med‑Surg experience preferred.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and critical‑thinking abilities.
