Quality Center Manager

About the role

The Quality Center Manager will lead the implementation and maintenance of quality and food‑safety standards at our dairy manufacturing plant. You will ensure compliance with local and international regulations while driving continuous improvement across production, warehouse and ancillary areas.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and monitor AIB, DNV, GMP, HACCP, ISO 22000 and FSSC 22000 requirements.
• Conduct internal Quality Management System (QMS) and food‑safety audits.
• Coordinate Microbiological Monitoring (MSP) and Environmental Monitoring (EMP) programs.
• Plan, execute and follow up corrective actions, including root‑cause analysis of product quality issues.
• Lead weekly audits of production, warehouse and factory premises.
• Participate in annual operational budgeting and drive LEAN/5S projects within the quality department.
• Collaborate with Finance, Marketing and Supply Chain to meet quality targets and provide regular reports to the Production Director.

Required profile

• Higher education degree.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in quality management with leadership responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of Georgian and international food‑safety standards (AIB, GMP, HACCP, ISO 22000, FSSC 22000, GFSI).
• Fluent in Georgian and English.
• Excellent analytical, decision‑making and communication skills.
• Proficient with MS Office and able to work in a fast‑changing environment.
