Project Manager – Healthcare Scrum Master

About the role

We are looking for a Project Manager to lead agile delivery of software solutions in the healthcare sector. The role combines Scrum Master responsibilities with stakeholder liaison to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and effective collaboration between technical and clinical teams.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand‑ups, Backlog Refinement, Demos and Retrospectives.
• Identify and remove impediments that block team progress, such as access issues or resource constraints.
• Coach teams and leadership on Agile principles to foster a self‑organising, high‑performing environment.
• Act as a liaison between technical teams and non‑technical staff such as clinicians and administrators.
• Drive continuous process improvement using metrics like velocity and burndown charts.
• Ensure all software and data solutions comply with healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA) and quality standards.

Required profile

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM).
• 3–5 years of experience delivering Agile projects, preferably in clinical settings, EHR systems or health‑tech.
• Familiarity with healthcare standards such as HL7 and FHIR.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for conflict management and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Background in health‑tech, pharma or insurance.
• Experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps or Confluence.
