Delivery Project Lead

About the role

The Delivery Project Lead will oversee testing activities across System Test and Integration Test environments, ensuring that test plans, cases, and schedules are defined and executed to meet project objectives. This role also mentors the project team from requirements through system validation.

Key responsibilities

• Create master test plans, test cases, and test schedules for each project.
• Execute test cases and scenarios in the System Test environment, applying established methodologies and standards.
• Provide mentoring support throughout the development lifecycle, ensuring requirements are testable and verifiable.
• Conduct integration testing and support the implementation of standardized, repeatable testing processes.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to maintain quality and compliance.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of experience in IT testing or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent.
• Prior experience in the airline industry is a plus.
• Strong communication, integrity, teamwork, and flexibility.
• Demonstrated technical expertise and a commitment to continuous learning.
