Project Manager – Construction (Pools & Spa)

About the role

The Project Manager will lead end‑to‑end delivery of swimming‑pool, sauna, spa and steam‑room projects for AQUALINE. Based on‑site in Tbilisi, you will coordinate design, manage schedules and budgets, and ensure each installation meets safety, quality and company standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the full project lifecycle from planning to handover.
• Coordinate design and technical documentation with internal teams and external partners.
• Develop and control project schedules, budgets and resource plans.
• Supervise construction and installation activities, verifying materials, equipment and workmanship.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, local building codes and quality standards.
• Liaise with clients, suppliers and subcontractors; organize site meetings and provide regular progress updates.
• Identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues promptly, and maintain accurate project documentation.
• Collaborate closely with technical and service teams to achieve high customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Proven project‑management expertise in planning, scheduling, budgeting and risk management for construction projects.
• Experience supervising site work and quality control, preferably in swimming‑pool, spa or related water‑technology projects.
• Technical knowledge of construction materials, water‑filtration systems, pool equipment and installation processes.
• Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Competence in documentation, reporting and use of project‑management software tools.
• Degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related field is preferred.
• Ability to work on‑site in a fast‑paced environment while adhering to safety regulations and local codes.
• Knowledge of local languages and English is an advantage.
