Project Finance Manager

About the role

PSI, a leading Contract Research Organization, is seeking an experienced Project Finance Manager to join its team in Tbilisi, Georgia. You will play a pivotal role in budgeting, financial analysis, and contract management for clinical projects, ensuring accurate financial tracking and supporting the delivery of high‑quality services.

Key responsibilities

• Develop study budgets for proposals and change orders, and maintain them throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage project finance data in PSI internal systems, prepare accrual reports, and handle invoice requests.
• Draft sponsor contracts, change orders, and payment schedules.
• Set up and maintain project‑specific timesheets, reconciling actual costs against budgets on a regular basis.

Required profile

• University degree in Finance, Economics or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in project budgeting and financial analysis within a CRO environment.
• Fluent English (CEFR C1) and strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and train colleagues.

Required skills

• Advanced use of MS Excel.
• Proficiency with standard MS Office applications.
