Product Operations Manager

About the role

We are a leading trading platform expanding globally across trading, investing and banking markets. The Product Operations Manager provides the operational backbone that keeps product squads moving at pace, driving operational excellence and ensuring high‑quality outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Optimize delivery processes, governance and documentation across product squads.
• Coordinate with card scheme and issuing partners to ensure compliance and launch readiness.
• Act as a delivery enabler by removing blockers, coordinating stakeholders and maintaining documentation and data foundations.
• Partner with Product Owners, Engineers and Data Analysts to provide reliable metrics and dashboards.
• Track post‑launch performance, monitor product stability and adoption, and drive continuous improvement.
• Lead planning and operational cadences (KPIs, stand‑ups, retrospectives) to maintain momentum.

Required profile

• Degree in STEM or other quantitative field.
• Minimum 2 years experience in a high‑performance environment such as fintech, consultancy, investment bank or high‑growth tech company.
• Minimum 2 years experience working with debit cards and payments (SWIFT, SEPA, Faster Payments).
• Experience with card schemes (Visa, Mastercard).
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Data‑driven mindset with ability to turn insights into actionable improvements.
