About the role
We are seeking a Payroll Specialist (Independent Contractor) to manage payroll tasks for our U.S. partners. You will gather, process, and review payroll data, ensure accurate compensation calculations, prepare payments, and keep precise payroll records.
Key responsibilities
- Process payments, timesheets, and deductions with precision.
- Identify and resolve payroll discrepancies before they become issues.
- Maintain accurate payroll records and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
- Provide clarity and support for payroll inquiries from clients and internal teams.
- Stay updated on payroll regulations and best practices.
Required profile
- 2+ years of experience in payroll or accounting.
- Fluent English (B2+) for communication with U.S. clients.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Tech‑savvy mindset with experience using payroll software and Excel.
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism handling sensitive data.
- Proactive problem‑solving skills.
- Availability to work during U.S. business hours.
