Business Controller – Eastern Europe

About the role

We are seeking a Business Controller to join our team in Tbilisi, Georgia. The role will drive financial performance for the Eastern European market, identifying risks and opportunities and recommending actions to optimise results.

Key responsibilities

• Execute KPI analysis for country/channel/market full P&L, covering revenue, cost of sales, expenses and capital expenditures.
• Lead the planning and development of the annual operating plan budget for the assigned market.
• Prepare and present financial data for management meetings, including M1, M2, M3 and market reviews.
• Develop financial models to evaluate business opportunities, cost‑saving initiatives and new product launches.
• Provide analytical support for P&L, NPD launch analysis and audit requests.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis or business controlling.
• Experience working in multinational or matrix organisations.
• Strong understanding of IFRS accounting principles.
• Fluent English with excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage P&L, forecast budgets and influence stakeholders.
