Product Marketing & GTM Lead

About the role

We are looking for a senior, hands‑on Product Marketing / GTM Lead to shape the go‑to‑market strategy for BnBerry’s hospitality‑technology solutions. You will work closely with product, sales and leadership to define target customers, craft positioning, validate demand and drive measurable commercial impact.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and own the end‑to‑end go‑to‑market strategy and launch plans for new products and features.
• Define and continuously refine ideal customer profiles, buyer personas, and segmentation.
• Translate complex hotel‑tech and SaaS capabilities into clear positioning, messaging frameworks and sales‑enablement assets (website copy, landing pages, one‑pagers, demo scripts, etc.).
• Lead market validation activities such as customer interviews, competitor research, use‑case testing and message testing.
• Set up marketing analytics, funnel metrics and reporting to link marketing activities to pipeline, activation, revenue and ROI.
• Collaborate with sales to create enablement tools, improve pipeline quality and support revenue generation.
• Design and run growth experiments, channel strategies and post‑launch optimization.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience in B2B SaaS product marketing, preferably in hospitality or travel‑tech.
• Proven track record of owning end‑to‑end product launches for complex or technical solutions.
• Data‑driven mindset with the ability to connect marketing initiatives to commercial outcomes.
• Strong collaboration skills with product, sales and executive teams.
