Product Manager – Pharmaceutical Portfolio

About the role

Sopharma, the largest Bulgarian pharmaceutical company, is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to drive product strategies for its extensive pharmaceutical portfolio. The role focuses on market analysis, brand positioning, and cross‑functional coordination to boost product awareness and support business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing and product development plans for assigned brands.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, customer insights, and product performance.
• Prepare and adapt promotional and educational materials in line with regulations and company standards.
• Coordinate cross‑functional projects with Medical, Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain and other stakeholders.
• Support product launches, line extensions, and lifecycle management activities.
• Organize and participate in medical congresses, conferences, educational programs, and scientific events.
• Monitor key market indicators and produce analytical reports with recommendations.
• Maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, professional associations, and external stakeholders.
• Contribute to training material development and product knowledge programs for internal teams.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, product management or related functions; pharmaceutical experience is a plus.
• Strong analytical, presentation and communication abilities.
• Strategic and data‑driven decision‑making skills.
• Knowledge of product P&L, financial modeling and scenario analysis.
• Fluent in English and Russian.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
