PRN Pediatric Cardiology Physician

About the role

This PRN position is for an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (ACNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to provide high‑acuity critical care in a newly built state‑of‑the‑art hospital ICU. The role is on‑site and per‑diem, allowing you to contribute to the launch of a pioneering critical care service line.

Key responsibilities

• Manage critically ill patients in a high‑acuity ICU environment.
• Collaborate daily with experienced intensivists and other advanced practice providers.
• Participate in program development, quality improvement initiatives, and multidisciplinary care teams.
• Utilize the Epic EMR platform for documentation and care coordination.

Required profile

• Current certification as an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (ACNP) or Physician Assistant (PA).
• Ability to work independently in a high‑pressure, fast‑paced environment.
• Strong teamwork and communication abilities.
