Principal Infra Lead - SRE

About the role

Mphasis is looking for a Principal Infra Lead to drive the design, development, and reliability of Agentic AI applications. The role blends advanced AI development with Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices, focusing on production‑scale distributed systems on AWS.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the architecture and implementation of Agentic AI solutions aligned with business goals.
• Establish and maintain SRE processes to improve system reliability, availability, and performance.
• Manage infrastructure as code using AWS CloudFormation and AWS SDK.
• Monitor and troubleshoot applications with Dynatrace, CloudWatch, and Prometheus.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Provide technical mentorship and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Stay current with AI, cloud, and SRE best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience leading software development projects and teams.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
