Perfect Store Supervisor – BCCA (Dairy)

About the role

The Perfect Store Supervisor for the BCCA region will lead the Perfect Store agenda across the Organized Trade channel, driving store segmentation, prioritisation and activation to meet annual business targets.

Key responsibilities

• Define and lead Perfect Store methodology, segmentation principles and store prioritisation processes for Organized Trade.
• Partner with GTM, Category Development and Commercial teams to identify and prioritise the most valuable stores.
• Develop and continuously enhance multi‑category Retailer Value Offers (RVO) that integrate Perfect Store principles and GTM strategies.
• Translate Shopper Value Offers into a clear Picture of Success for store clusters and set execution KPIs.
• Lead the Sales task calendar linked to Perfect Store objectives and align monthly priorities with Regional Sales Managers.
• Monitor Perfect Store standards, create reporting tools and lead annual assessment of the program.
• Analyse category performance, shopper behaviour, distribution and visibility trends.
• Coordinate external suppliers and agencies for equipment installation, POSM deployment and activation execution.
• Lead the development and execution of the Perfect Store Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and track performance against KPIs such as equipment penetration and store compliance.
• Communicate activation priorities through information packs, sales meetings and commercial reviews.
