Outlet Store Manager

About the role

Boygar's is looking for an experienced Outlet Store Manager to lead Drop's by Boygar's, its luxury outlet concept. Reporting to the Store Director, you will own the outlet’s commercial performance, assortment, and team, ensuring the brand’s standards are upheld while driving sell‑through and margin protection.

Key responsibilities

• Full P&L ownership: meet sales, gross margin and net sales targets.
• Monitor sell‑through rates, stock turn and discount depth; approve all markdowns.
• Select and manage outlet assortment in collaboration with the Store Director and Buying team.
• Develop and execute markdown and pricing strategies while maintaining margin discipline.
• Lead, coach and set KPIs for the outlet sales team; manage hiring, training and scheduling.
• Ensure a premium customer experience, oversee NPS follow‑up, and enforce operational standards (cash handling, security, fitting rooms, back‑office).

Required profile

• Proven experience managing a retail outlet or store, preferably in luxury or fashion.
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of meeting sales and margin goals.
• Ability to curate assortments and make data‑driven pricing decisions.
• Leadership skills to develop and motivate a sales team.
• Excellent customer‑service orientation aligned with brand values.
