About the role

MINT dentistry is seeking a skilled Orthodontist to join a modern, dentist‑owned practice that blends clinical autonomy with cutting‑edge technology. You will work in a supportive environment where your expertise directly transforms patients’ smiles and confidence.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive orthodontic treatment using braces (Phase I & II), Invisalign, expanders, and Class II/III correction.
• Manage impacted teeth and coordinate surgical setups when needed.
• Educate patients and families about treatment plans, progress, and home care.

Required profile

• DDS or DMD degree with a valid Orthodontic license.
• At least 2 years of clinical orthodontic experience (preferred).
• Strong passion for improving lives through confident smiles.

Required skills

• iTero digital scanning.
• Invisalign treatment planning and execution.
• Digital orthodontic workflows and on‑site lab coordination.
