Operations Customer Expert (Azerbaijani, Russian, English/Georgian)

About the role

We are looking for an Operations Customer Expert fluent in Azerbaijani, Russian and English or Georgian to join our team in Tbilisi. The role provides customer care for Philip Morris International, a leading company delivering innovative smoke‑free products.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, live chat, email, social media and back‑office channels.
• Provide clear product information, troubleshoot issues, and manage orders and deliveries.
• Identify customer needs, propose tailored solutions, upsell or cross‑sell, and capture essential data for follow‑up.
• Record interactions accurately, resolve concerns quickly, and achieve sales conversion targets.
• Follow operational processes, stay updated on company procedures, and comply with legal and data‑privacy regulations.

Required profile

• Fluent in Azerbaijani and Russian (spoken and written) with good English or Georgian skills.
• At least 21 years old to meet tobacco‑industry regulations.
• Excellent communication, quick thinking and attention to detail.
• Creative, collaborative team spirit and willingness to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite and strong typing abilities.
