Operations Controller – Business Finance Analyst

About the role

Evolution is seeking an Operations Controller to support its Latam Operations teams. You will work closely with stakeholders to drive budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis, ensuring data‑driven decision‑making across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with central units on budgeting, forecasting and ad‑hoc financial projects.
• Collect, analyse and report operational data on a regular basis.
• Investigate cost drivers, identify savings opportunities and improve efficiency.
• Develop and maintain reporting tools, including Power BI dashboards.
• Ensure data quality and continuously refine processing procedures.
• Support the Senior Business Controller on strategic projects.

Required profile

• Higher education in economics, finance, engineering or related fields.
• Proven experience in finance or business controlling, preferably in large, international organisations.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to coach managers on financial decisions.

Required skills

• Advanced MS Excel (extensive use of formulas, functions and data modelling).
• Experience with Power BI or similar data‑visualisation tools.
• Good knowledge of accounting systems and accounting principles.
