Omni-Channel Communications Officer

About the role

The Omni-Channel Communications Officer will design and execute integrated communication strategies across a wide range of digital and offline channels. This role ensures a consistent, seamless experience for customers while leveraging data to drive engagement and improve campaign performance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement omni‑channel communication plans that align with business objectives.
• Coordinate messaging across display, programmatic, direct, social, web, email, mobile and search channels.
• Manage audience segmentation and deliver targeted messages to specific customer groups.
• Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and conduct A/B testing to optimize results.
• Report on communication effectiveness and provide data‑driven recommendations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to maintain consistent branding and messaging across all touchpoints.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience managing omni‑channel communication strategies.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive improvements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail‑oriented, customer‑focused, and able to work collaboratively across teams.
