About the role

The Customer Relationship Expert for MSME will join TBC Bank’s dynamic team, supporting clients who use POS terminals. You will be the main point of contact, ensuring smooth service delivery and helping customers resolve issues quickly.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of clients equipped with POS terminals.
• Provide timely and effective resolution of problems reported through various channels.
• Deliver both standard and customized services to meet client needs.
• Offer comprehensive consultation and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Identify general issues, inform relevant stakeholders, and monitor inactive terminals.
• Communicate proactively with customers regarding terminal status and service updates.
