About the role

The Micro Credit Expert will work directly with customers in Vani, promoting the bank’s products and services while assessing credit needs. This position involves on‑site visits, detailed financial analysis, and preparation of credit applications.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and conduct on‑site visits to customers.
• Present the bank’s services and products, highlighting their benefits.
• Identify customer needs, propose suitable products, and explain advantages.
• Analyze customers’ business activities and financial conditions.
• Prepare credit applications and submit them to the credit committee.

Required profile

• Higher education, preferably in economics, finance, business administration or mathematics.
• Minimum 6 months experience in micro, small, medium or agro‑credit within a bank or credit organization.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Organized, energetic, with good planning, goal‑setting and time‑management abilities.
• Team‑player with logical and analytical thinking.

Required skills

• Proficiency with computer office programs (e.g., Microsoft Office).
