Micro Business Expert

About the role

The Micro Business Expert will work on‑site in Tbilisi, supporting and developing micro‑business clients for TBC. The specialist analyses client needs, offers tailored financial solutions and guides business owners toward sustainable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Meet with micro‑business clients to understand their needs and evaluate business plans and financial data.
• Prepare customised offers and ensure high‑quality service throughout the customer lifecycle.
• Collaborate with internal teams, monitor portfolio performance and identify growth opportunities.
• Contribute to process improvements and digital initiatives that enhance the micro‑business segment.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of micro and small business operations, basic financial analysis, cash‑flow and risk assessment.
• Experience in banking, financial services or business consulting, preferably with micro‑enterprises.
• Customer‑centric mindset with excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Analytical, detail‑oriented and able to make data‑informed decisions.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, digitally driven environment and using new tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics or related field; certifications are a plus.
• Fluency in the local language, good command of English and strong ethical standards.
