PWA Compliance Liaison

About the role

The PWA Compliance Liaison supports Moss in executing Inflation Reduction Act (IRA) Prevailing Wage and Apprenticeship compliance at project sites. Working closely with the IRA‑PWA team and field leadership, the role ensures that site teams and trade partners understand and follow federal labor requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary field‑facing liaison between project teams, subcontractors, and the internal IRA‑PWA program manager.
• Coordinate with project managers, superintendents and foremen to implement site‑level compliance workflows aligned with construction schedules.
• Collect, organize and maintain compliance documentation such as certified payroll reports, apprenticeship records and labor hour tracking.
• Monitor compliance health indicators, summarize observations and communicate updates to internal stakeholders.
• Support site‑level audits, document findings and drive corrective actions.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or equivalent; additional coursework in business, construction or compliance is a plus.
• 2+ years of experience in program coordination, construction administration, labor compliance or related regulatory documentation support.
• Familiarity with IRA, Davis‑Bacon Act, prevailing‑wage and apprenticeship requirements.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a field environment.
• Willingness to travel up to 60% of the time.
