MEP Engineer

About the role

We are looking for an experienced MEP Engineer to join NEXT’s international development team. The successful candidate will coordinate mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems across a portfolio of high‑end residential, hotel and mixed‑use projects in multiple countries.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate MEP system projects covering HVAC, plumbing, fire‑fighting and electrical works.
• Review and evaluate technical design documentation and develop MEP concepts.
• Plan, monitor and control project activities, schedules and progress reports.
• Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers, and organise technical meetings.
• Review shop drawings, material submittals and method statements.
• Prepare bills of quantities, specifications and technical reports.
• Ensure compliance with construction regulations and international standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the MEP field.
• Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
• Knowledge of construction standards and codes.
• Excellent analytical, organisational and communication abilities.
