Medical Representative – Pharmaceutical Sales

About the role

Egis Pharmaceuticals, a leading generic pharmaceutical company in Central Eastern Europe, is seeking an experienced Medical Representative for its Georgian market. You will be responsible for driving sales and building strong relationships with healthcare professionals across your assigned territory.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the assigned territory in line with the company’s strategy and business plan.
• Conduct regular face‑to‑face and remote visits to doctors, pharmacists and other medical professionals.
• Provide accurate, ethical scientific and product information and develop evidence‑based promotional materials.
• Maintain deep knowledge of company medications, therapeutic areas and competitor activities.
• Log all contacts, meetings and events in the CRM system and submit regular performance reports.
• Ensure full compliance with local regulations and company policies.

Required profile

• Higher education in Medicine, Pharmaceuticals or Biology.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Medical Representative or in a similar pharmaceutical sales role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organisational, negotiation and teamwork abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint
• Experience using a CRM system for territory management
