Marketing Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking a strategic, creative, and proactive Marketing & Brand Project Manager to lead the planning and execution of marketing campaigns for our strategic brands. The role is based in Lisi, Tbilisi and operates Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns that strengthen long‑term brand positioning.
• Manage events of various scales, from large outdoor gatherings (500+ attendees) to smaller activations such as giveaways and promotions.
• Prepare clear briefs for designers, oversee production, and ensure all assets align with brand identity.
• Coordinate multiple projects across the brand portfolio, guaranteeing timely and high‑quality delivery.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to maintain consistency across all brand touchpoints.

Required profile

• Proven experience in marketing and/or project management.
• Strong understanding of marketing strategies, campaign execution, and performance analysis.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and allocate resources effectively.
• Experience working with cross‑functional teams.
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and decision‑making abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Proactive, energetic, and ownership‑driven mindset.

Required skills

• Adobe Creative Suite (to communicate effectively with the design team).
• Proficiency with industry‑standard marketing and project management tools.
